  • Launched last year, our client is building a disruptive brand, supported by significant investment. It is going to be the biggest technology breakthrough within the telecommunication industry for some time. As part of this growth strategy they are now looking for a Sales Director to play a key role in this exciting, young company.
    Reporting to the CEO, as Sales Director, you will develop an annual sales plan and lead the sales team to create and execute local commercial plans. This will include running multiple campaigns simultaneously and making sure the company achieves commercial success. A critical feature of this role is to balance the need to build strong, mutually beneficial local relationships and brand reputation, with the need to drive performance as the business continues to scale up.
    To apply, you will be capable of identifying and building valuable working relationships with local stakeholders e.g. local media, event organisers, council etc. and continue to grow the customer base and revenues in both B2C and B2B markets. You will also be able to work with the Product Managers to refine and customise the business offerings and negotiate and secure contracts with business customers. Previous team management will also be key coupled with strong commercial acumen. Comfortable operating in a very fast paced, fluid environment, it is likely you will currently possess experience of broadband or related marketplaces (e.g. telecoms, utilities, technology).
    This is a hybrid role.
