It’s all in the name. Despite our glorious past in marketing recruitment our eyes are on the future. Future Work has been been gearing up for what tomorrow holds.

The Future Work story

Firstly, we merged two businesses – Premier Consultants, an established firm with 25 years’ experience in digital  and marketing recruitment and the freelancer experts Pimento People who are part of the virtual agency network Pimento. We wanted to create an agency that was more than the sum of its parts. Future Work is an agency for the future. A must go destination for marketing recruitment.

We have invested in new technology and looked at the new ways people find work.

We are all specialists in the marketing and digital sectors which are often early movers when it comes to change.

We took a long hard look at what we truly believe in. It was all good stuff, but to reflect the new workplace, we refocused our thinking.

Meet our people

  • Russell White

    Director

    Russell is a veteran of the marketing recruitment industry, having worked with all the major advertising networks as well as the majority of FTSE 250 companies, identifying key hires for their marketing teams. He has also worked client side building a team as Head of Talent Acquisition for a sizeable CRM agency. 

    In his spare time Russell presents a radio show on a national station and DJs in clubs and bars around Camden & Soho.

  • Antony Perry

    Director

    Antony is recognised as an expert in marketing recruiting and Head Office Retail arenas. He regularly works on a range of assignments within FMCG sectors across Food & Drink, Leisure, Marketing Services and Fintech sectors.   He is also an accomplished artist .
