  • Launched last year, our client is building a disruptive brand, supported by significant investment.  It is going to be the biggest technology breakthrough within the telecommunication industry for some time. As part of this growth strategy they are now looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to be the bridge between IT Technology and Marketing and Sales.

    The focus of this position will be to support the IT strategy and direction to 
    colleagues across the business; specifically delivering high quality, value added solutions developed by the company partners and ensuring the outcomes required by the business are achieved. With regular interaction with senior stakeholders, your focus will be to understand what is important to each business function in order to make continual improvements to systems, processes and ultimately commercial performance.
    The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, pro-active and capable of working alone. This role requires significant stakeholder management skills, working with internal customers and presenting reports and insights to senior colleagues. You will be responsible for delivering the ongoing IT digital transformation across the business and will work across all areas of the business, coordinating the delivery of software features from
    multiple partners to deliver solutions that increase customer satisfaction.  
    You will also work closely with the central operational system teams to drive product roadmaps. 

    To apply, it is likely you will be operating within a similar fast-paced, changing business environment, perhaps either Telecoms, Utilities or Technology. You will have high problem solving ability and good relationship building skills. A practical understanding of Power BI, Excel, Jira and Aha would also be preferable. 

    This is a hybrid role.
