Client Services Manager
A growing travel platform based in Leeds offers members exclusive access to trade-price travel deals.
They partner with businesses to provide their service as an innovative employee benefit, helping their clients’ teams save money on holidays and getaways. The company is growing rapidly and consequently they are seeking a Client Services Manager to support the onboarding of new clients, and become the main point of contact for HR, Benefits, or People Managers at each partner company.
You role will be to manage the relationship between the business and the client, working with each business client to plan and deliver an employee engagement calendar, coordinating a range of activity, including launch campaigns and follow-ups, internal competitions and incentives and supporting internal events for the clients as well as briefing the marketing team on create tailored assets or campaigns as needed and providing reports to senior management on engagement by clients’ employees with the platform.
The company is seeking an individual with account management experience, from a B2B background, with excellent interpersonal skills, who is comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting dashboards and is able to manage their time and work independently in a remote-first environment.
