  As a result of continued new business wins, this independent, award winning agency, that  works with a range of clients both domestically and internationally and offers a range of  services including strategy, advertising, content, design, social, experiential and production services, are looking for someone to lead and manage a team, help grow business organically, and work closely with the other senior team members as part of the management board.

  Specifically the role will entail building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and be the key interface between the agency and clients, leading and managing a team of account handlers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

  The agency is seeking an ambitious, confident individual with a breadth of experience including team management, campaign management, building client relationships with proven strategic thinking and problem solving skills gained in an advertising or marketing agency looking for a broad role within a vibrant agency with an excellent creative output.
