  • This fintech business is leading the UK market in the development of growing loyalty amongst its clients’ customers through the development of contactless payment systems, excellent customer communications and using transactional data from payment services that is designed to reward customers with a flexible range of benefits and drive incremental sales for retailers, as well as provide valuable insight into customer behaviour.
    As it continues to grow, both in the UK and internationally it now has a requirement for someone to manage their relationship with one of their major clients, a major UK retail bank. The role will entail be responsible for the day to day activity with the client, understanding the bank’s business and programme objectives to identify and deliver new strategic opportunities supporting innovation and improvement, as well as identify new opportunities for both the company and the client to improve their relationship with their customers.
    The requirement is for someone with several years’ experience in managing relationships in loyalty, retail banking and/or programmes with a customer at the end of the relationship. In addition strong commercial acumen, relationship building and strategy development are also key to this interesting and exciting role. London
