  We’re working with a fast-growing leader in AI-powered workforce intelligence, used by major global enterprises to understand skills, plan their future workforce, and drive smarter talent decisions. The company is entering a pivotal stage as it shifts from engineering-led to product-led growth.

   

  We’re looking for a visionary Chief Product Officer to define and lead the company’s product strategy end-to-end, scale a high-performing product and engineering organisation, and bring innovative workforce solutions to market. The role reports directly to the CEO and has significant influence over company direction, product vision, and market impact.

   

  To apply, you will bring extensive experience in product and engineering management and have a proven track record of scaling product and engineering organizations and delivering successful products within their industry or market. You will possess a good understanding of agile product development and be able to build effective partnership with technical leaders and credibility with engineering teams. You will have experience leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple product lines, and operating successfully in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Experience of operating within a PE backed business would also be useful.
