  • Our client is going to offer the biggest technology breakthrough within the telecommunication industry for some time. As part of their significant growth strategy they are looking for an experienced Service Assurance Manager to manage any new or changing systems or services through the transition of this new business.

    The remit will encompass owning and driving service assurance requirements and owning complex transition operations; you will take full responsibility for all transition activities, from support of pre-sales to project closure following successful on boarding and also the retirement of any services. You will also coordinate activity required between Project teams and manage outsourced Service teams to introduce new customer solutions or amendments to existing customer solutions in to the company’s Managed Service environment. 

    To apply, you will have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability. You will be self-motivated, pro-active and capable of working autonomously.  You will currently be operating in a similar IT led environment likely to be within the Telecoms, Utilities or Technology arenas, and understand and manage contractual requirements as well as be comfortable interacting with the customer and third parties to ensure that deliverables are achieved throughout the transition lifecycle.
