  • Our client is going to offer the biggest technology breakthrough within the telecommunication industry for some time. As part of their significant growth strategy they are looking for a Sales Channel Manager to take the lead in developing the company’s customer base across all consumer channels.

    Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the deployment and success of our clients B2B non-digital sales channels across all territories. The role will be target driven, focussed on lead generation and sales, and will involve performance analysis to ensure the company drives the most value from all channels. The Sales Channel Manager will contribute to and be central to the implementation of the business sales strategies and will work closely with regional teams to increase sales in their territories.

    A significant part of this role is leading, coaching and managing a team of Field Sales Executives, whose job is to generate and convert leads through face-to-face sales channels. The Sales Channel Manager will drive the adoption of company systems (including Salesforce) to track and enhance the performance of this team. For other sales channels (i.e. telesales), the Sales Channel Manager will assist the Sales Director in tendering for and appointing third party suppliers / agents and will involve the day-to-day management of these relationships.

    To apply, you will currently be doing a similar role and possess good leadership and motivational skills. Experience of the telecoms, utilities or technology sectors would be useful, within a B2B sector. This coupled with a mature personal style, a strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders will be key.
