  Our client is going to offer the biggest technology breakthrough within the telecommunication industry for some time. As part of their significant growth strategy they are now looking for a E-CRM Executive to play a key role in running their eCRM programme.

  Key responsibilities will encompass providing excellent user experience through well-thought email campaigns, as well as maximising opportunities from the company’s customer database. You will play a key part in the strategy and implementation of the marketing automation processes and will regularly be involved with building HTML email templates and implementing customer focused email marketing strategies to drive sales and registrations.

  To apply, you will already gained some good initial experience of eCRM systems and email marketing platforms. You will be capable of creating engaging emails and be able to report and act upon data from email activity. A good communicator with good stakeholder management ability, you will be self-motivated and be ready to take on increased accountability within this exciting, fast-moving environment.
